Rabbi Barney Brickner is the Rabbi at Temple Israel of Alameda, California. Ordained at the Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion in New York City in 1987, Rabbi Brickner has over twenty years of congregational experience, and is well versed in the current state of congregational life. His rabbinic focus is on pastoral care and Jewish education. He is proud to be a third generation Reform Rabbi in America.
