Join us for a very Special Shabbat and Family Dinner on Friday, May 12th as we build a stronger and more networked Temple Sinai Community, and we thank the Rabinovitz family and all our SinaiCares staff and volunteers. This is an opportunity for all congregants to help deepen and broaden our connections and find new ways to enhance our sense of caring for one another in these complex times. The service will include our MMC band led by Sr. Cantor Laura Croen, a sermon by Rabbi Adam, and then a family style dinner with facilitated discussions about building community. RSVP for dinner.
Join us as we celebration Shabbat and hear from guest speaker Marcia Greenberger Founder and Co-President of National Women’s Law Center & Temple Sinai member. A recognized expert on women and the law, particularly in the areas of education and employment, health and reproductive rights, and family economic security, Ms. Greenberger has been a leader in securing the passage of major legislation, counsel in landmark litigation establishing new legal protections for women, and the author of numerous published articles. Services will be followed by a catered dinner. RSVP for dinner.
Please participate in our tzedakah project by contributing to the National Women's Law Center, in honor of our speaker, Marcia Greenberger. Make your check payable to Temple Sinai and put Women's National Law Center on the memo line. A tzedakah box will be available before the service.

Prayer cannot bring water to a parched field, nor mend a broken bridge, nor rebuild a ruined city; but prayer can water an arid soul, mend a broken heart and rebuild a weakened well.” These words from our Siddur capture the healing power of prayer. Come be a part of our community as we celebrate Shabbat and give strength to one another with special prayers, songs, and readings asking for strength, renewal, and healing.
