There will be time for questions and comments following his presentation. \nJonathan (Jon) Greenwald\, a Wilkes-Barre\, PA native\, has spent half a century in public service\, including 30 years as a senior U.S. diplomat and 17 years as Vice President for the International Crisis Group\, a prominent non-governmental conflict resolution organization.
