SUMMARY:Bereavement Support Group
DESCRIPTION:Sinai Cares Staff Clinical Social Worker Deborah Gordis will be facilitating an 8-week adult bereavement support group\, beginning Monday October 20\, for individuals who have experienced recent loss due to the death of a parent\, sibling\, or spouse/partner. Bereavement groups allow those who have lost a loved one to share and process their grief with others who have experienced a similar loss. \nThe group will meet in person once a week on Monday mornings at 10:30 am; in cases of significant weather or illness challenges we will move to Zoom. The goal of the group is to provide a space for connection and healing within a safe and supportive environment.
