Bereavement groups allow those who have lost a loved one to share and process their grief with others who have experienced a similar loss. \nThe group will meet in person once a week on Monday mornings at 10:30 am; in cases of significant weather or illness challenges we will move to Zoom. The goal of the group is to provide a space for connection and healing within a safe and supportive environment. Are you seeking a safe space to talk about the stresses and challenges of caring for someone with dementia/Alzheimer’s\, stroke\, cancer and other debilitating chronic illnesses? Please join us for a monthly drop-in group\, usually on the last Wednesday of the month at 10:30 am\, informally facilitated by Sinai Cares Staff Social Worker Deborah Gordis.
