In the early days of the administration last winter, Rabbi Reiner wrote a statement of core Jewish beliefs that was signed by over 600 Jewish clergy. The statement restated our beliefs that were challenged by the executive orders and sudden changes that were emerging daily.

The response was overwhelming, and rabbis and cantors across the country used the text for study, and many at their Passover seders. Rabbi Reiner will discuss the statement, its genesis, and its place with other statements of Jewish belief.
